Welcome to Prompt World! By signing up for and using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review these terms carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Prompt World platform, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. This agreement applies to all visitors, users, and others who access the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Prompt World. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. Account Registration

• Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

• Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Conduct

• Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the platform in any medium.

  • Using any automated system to access the platform in a manner that sends more request messages to the servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period.

  • Attempting to interfere with the servers running the platform.

  • Uploading invalid data, viruses, worms, or other software agents through the platform.

  • Collecting or harvesting any personally identifiable information from the platform.

• Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of the platform.

5. Content

• Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you submit, post, display, or otherwise make available on the platform. By making available any content, you grant Prompt World a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works based upon, distribute, and display your content.

• Our Content: All content provided by Prompt World is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You agree not to use, copy, or distribute any content obtained from the platform without our express written permission.

6. Prompt Creators

• Eligibility and Tiers: Prompt creators must meet eligibility criteria and comply with tier-specific requirements as outlined in our Monetization Model.

• Content Standards: Prompt creators must ensure their content is accurate, original, and does not infringe on any third-party rights.

• Payments: Prompt creators will be compensated based on their tier and the performance of their prompts as detailed in our Monetization Model.

7. Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms & Conditions or is harmful to other users of the platform, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

9. Disclaimers

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Prompt World disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Prompt World, its directors, employees, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the platform; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the platform; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our platform by any third party; (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the platform; and/or (vi) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
